On the day Co-ordination
Some clients enjoy having control of all documents, administration and communication with suppliers right up to event, and do not require a wedding planner throughout the planning journey.
They do not require assistance or support during the decision making process, but appreciate that on the day they can not oversee and pull everything together themselves. That’s where we come in!
Around four to six weeks before the event we meet up and go over everything that you have arranged. We go through all of the fine details with you, and talk through any queries or concerns that you have.
You provide us with the time plan of your event and we then manage and execute this on the day.
All set up and installation of suppliers is overseen by us on the day, leaving you free to relax, arrive as a guest and enjoy the fabulous event that you are putting on.
