We recommend that you book our design service for your bespoke stationery early and allow plenty of time for design, proofing and production. Our print schedule is always busy no matter what time of year.

To produce your bespoke stationery we require at least four weeks of production time from the date you approve your artwork. The design service itself could take four or more months to allow you time to decide on ‘the one’.

TO START…

We begin with an initial chat, meet up or email conversation so we can gain an understanding of your personality, the theme of your event, and your individual requirements.

UNDERSTANDING YOU…

Following this we collate a number of samples (either as graphics or physically) based on our interpretation of what we think would suit you.

If you are able to meet with us in Leeds we can show you many samples of previous bespoke work, swatch cards, and colour samples to allow you to touch, feel and visualise how beautiful your stationery will be. If not, we will submit everything electronically or by post. Our clients are located all over the world so working remotely is no problem.

If you’ve seen anything that you’ve fallen in love with, or are inspired by, show us! It will give us a really good indication of your style.

QUOTATION…

A bespoke quotation will be prepared for you based on the stationery that we think best suits your requirements. This is very much a ‘work in progress’ and something we work closely with you on, to make sure that the budget is right as well as the design.

DEPOSIT, ARTWORK & DESIGN…

On acceptance of our quotation we require a 50% (non-returnable) deposit to secure our design service, book out production time and allow us to start the design work.

Our team will help you with your wording, all we need from you is the key information (who, where, when etc).

We work hand in hand with you to create the perfect design and complimentary stationery suite.

PROOFING…

Once a design has been chosen an electronic ‘proof’ of the design will be emailed to you as a PDF document, and we will allow a couple of amends to artwork to ensure that everything is correct. The onus is on you to check (and double check!) all details, spellings and layout.

On approval of the artwork the final balance is due prior to print commencing.

PRODUCTION…

Following proof approval and balance payment we print and produce your luxury stationery.

The time it will take is dependant on how complicated your design is, and how busy our print schedule is.

There is always a possibility that orders can be ‘rushed through’ at an additional cost, but this is design dependant and never at the compromise of the finished quality.

HAND OVER…

Once your bespoke stationery is complete we will discuss the best way of getting them to you safely.

We use Royal Mail and other courier services, and you can of course collect in person from Leeds.

If preferred, we can offer a total collation service for you, where we will stamp all RSVP’s, fill your envelopes / boxes, and hand deliver them to a post office for mailing directly to your guests.
