When we plan and co-ordinate your barmitzvah or special event we will support you from as early as you require, from venue sourcing, showcasing the most appropriate suppliers and all administration that comes with managing your special event.

We are continually at your disposal by telephone and email to guide and support you as often as needed. Additional meetings can be arranged as required.

Event planning can be a stressful time, and this service is perfect for clients that do not have time to look after all of the details and administration that are involved when you plan an event.

We begin our planning journey together by having an in-depth meeting to fully understand you, your personalities and the event you would like to put on. Once we fully understand your style, likes and dislikes we can connect you with the perfect industry professionals, best suited to turning your vision into a reality.

After our initial meeting, a bespoke quotation will be provided. This fee is determined by varying factors including the number of guests, complexity of the event and your specific requirements.

Usually this fee will be between 10% and 15% of your total budget, with a minimum fee being applicable. Generally when we are employed as your event planner we are able to negotiate a lower rate with your suppliers as we are long-standing, repeat customers.

DATE CHECKING & SUPPLIER CO-ORDINATION

Once we have established the kind of event that you want, we will enlist the perfect suppliers for you, we will liaise with them all to check the date and make provisional bookings

VENUE SOURCING

No matter where you choose to hold your special event, we will hand pick a selection of the most suitable venues or marquee companies for you to consider. We will research this on your behalf, so all the time consuming leg-work is completed for you.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

At every stage of the planning process your budget is carefully monitored and adhered to. We will only suggest suppliers and special elements that will comfortably provide the service you require, without compromise to the overall spend.

SUPPLIER RECOMMENDATIONS

With our wealth of experience in the events industry, we have worked with some of the most amazing suppliers in the world, and have an enviable ‘little black book’ of the best in the business. We understand how important a reputation and personality match is for our clients, and will provide detailed quotations and proposals for each element of your day.

CREATIVE DESIGN

Your personality and feel of the day is how we begin the design process, from there we create a story board for your event, and connect you with floral designers and decor experts to convert your vision into a magical reality. At every stage we oversee the fine details and add expertly placed finishing touches to enhance the look of the room, and the experience of your guests.

EVENT ADMINISTRATION

We attend all event meetings with you, and act as the liaison between you your suppliers so that you only have one person to download to. We act on your behalf to negotiate and finalise all contracts, ensuring that all operational requirements are covered.

We deal with all administration, payment schedules and phone calls whilst you remain in full control and always in charge. You download everything that you need to to us, as and when you need to, and we then communicate with your suppliers giving you feedback, updates and reassurance as necessary.

TIME PLAN AND MANAGEMENT OF THE DAY

Together we will decide upon the general flow of your event, and from this we will prepare a detailed time plan and full check list of the day. We then manage and execute this discretely and to the highest standard.

All set up and installation of suppliers is overseen by us on the day, leaving you free to relax, arrive as a guest and enjoy the fabulous event that you are putting on.
